I'm Uni256 and am in my third year of college. My goals are to be healthy and learn how to eat right. It is hard living on my own and not being able to count on the nutritional meals my parents make.

Run/bike 30 min./day
Eat within my calorie range
Don't get over stressed
Smile!!! :)

My Program:
Workout with strength and cardio. Plus eat within a calorie range and eat the healthy good stuff. A basic "work it out" program. No whining just do it!

I'm also cutting back on the sugary snacks. ^_^

Personal Information:
I like to ride horses. I am an avid lover of martial arts. Right now I am training in Kung Fu.

Other Information:
I like to work out to the latino music my friend gave me.
