I'm 28 years old and I am at the top of my BMI (25.5). Whereas that's not so bad, my body fat % is a whopping 29% - I've got about 40 lbs of fat in me! I'm hoping to lose enough weight and tone up in time for a vacation I have in April. I've bought a bikini and I'm going to wear it no matter what! My goal is to be at least down to 130 lbs. If only I can stop eating candy....
