I'm here and ready to lose (again).

I'm always looking to meet people like myself who are going through the ups and downs of trying to lose weight. I've lost weight many times in the past but have always gained it back. I am definitely an emotional eater who uses food to deal with stress, sadness and especially anxiety.

One day at a time...I'm workin' on it!

My Goals:
My every day goals are:

-To exercise at least 5 times a week
-To keep up on my food journal and stick to my daily calorie level
- To continue to build endurance so I can run longer distances again
- To take back control of my eating! I've been slipping! :-(


My broader goals are:

-To continue to run 4 days a week with one longer run on a weekend day
-To lose the extra lbs I just gained back!!
-To be able to maintain a 10-11 min pace (Doing it!)My next goal is a 9:30 pace
- To run a half marathon
-To start strength training 2-3 times per week (Can't find the time. What's up with that?)

My ultimate goal:

- To run a full marathon and make running a part of my life FOREVER
- To finally gain control of my eating

And last but not at all least...
-To just be happy with who I am - Inside and Out



My Program:
Right now I'm trying to keep track of everything I eat so I stay within my calorie range. I'm only 5'2" so every single lb. shows. I''d like to get back to my fighting weight of 100-103 (naked).



Personal Information:
I'm 33 years old and live in Maryland. I am married to the greatest guy in the world - no kids yet - but I have 2 dogs that I love to death.

    hello it's me Maybe you think that I fell of or gave up nope, I am still here I have my ups and downs and I know that I am doing the right thing and moving in the right direction so many things going on My family is finishing the house in Italy I would like to go now but i can't so my nephew and my father are going from 730/07 to 10/30/07 It shouild be completed or almost completes by then we have 13 acres and we are 1;20 minutes south of Rome it is really beautifull. I kinda when off the track there i really wanted to stop any say hello and hope all is well with you.
