One of my kindergartners asked me "Why are you so fat?" and I decided I should try to lose some weight if I'm going to survive the honesty of five year olds.

I tried to answer his question for myself and joined sparkpeople to track what I eat. Apparently, I was/am eating about 700-800 calories a day, so now I'm trying to eat more regularly and make it to the gym after work.

I also just started on Feb 11/10 and would like to start eating better and get off of the couch and start moving more. Good luck on your journey.
