    Hey there my friend!! I hope you're staying warm out there!! Woke up this morning to a chilly -5 degree morning (not including wind chill!). Its damn cold outside! haha!

    I had a great time shoveling our driveway yesterday, so that was definitely a good upper body workout - I'd just enjoy if it were a bit warmer! This negative stuff just really isn't fun!

    Hey my friend! Welcome back! I understand being busy - life is definitely chaotic for us right now too! I binged a bit over the holidays too - but am getting back on track now. I miss being able to workout outdoors - I don't do well in cold weather! I'm ready for winter to be over! My workouts are exclusively indoors this time of year!

    OMG a 30 mile bike ride!! You are braver than I am!!! That's crazy, but I know you'll kick butt at it!! I can't wait to hear all about it! My first 5K is coming up mid-September, so I'm really looking forward to that! I'm hoping to get a time around (or under) 30 minutes - which would mean around 10 mins or less per mile - hopefully I can do it!

    I noticed that P90X was lacking in cardio as well - I added Insanity in there instead - it definitely helped build my endurance better than the regular P90X cardio did.

    I am so glad that you're strength is improving!! That's so exciting! Since the hubby and I bought the olympic bench, we are loving lifting as well! My 1 max rep for squats and deads is almost my body weight - woot!! The hubby is down about 30 pounds from his starting weight and he's absolutely loving it!

    I can't wait to hear all about your 30 mile bike ride!! You'll have to keep me updated on how your training goes!!

    Hey there my friend! You should be very proud of your crane accomplishments!! That is a tough move! I hope you've had a great summer!!

    We are definitely enjoying our weight bench - the 200lbs is perfect for us!!! I am currently doing a 6 day workout routine, alternating between strength and HIIT cardio sessions with 1 day of rest. I am keeping my nutrition in line and finally feel that I have found the best thing that works for me! I am leaning out nicely and really don't feel deprived at all!

    I'm stoked to hear about your new 24/7 gym! That's killer!!! I'm sure you feel totally buff working out next to your coworkers! I have the same thing here and its definitely motivation to keep working harder :-P
