I have seven different genetic disorders and five acquired ones, all of which can kill you before you turn 18. I'm now 54. I'm the luckiest person I've ever met.
I'm a disabled veteran, and spend far too much time at the local VA hospital. Sometime this summer I'll be having knee replacement surgery in my right knee. Until then, I'm limited to "chair exercises."

Fitness Minutes: 100

My Goals:
If I can get my weight under 140, the chances of my knee replacement surgery coming out right double.

My Program:
since I can barely walk, my fitness goals are all oriented to improving my posture and breathing, I am trying to walk (even if only around my living room) ten minutes a day.

Thanks for the comment you left on my blog.
I have seen The Blue Ribbon Baby Diet, and after your post, I printed it out and have the list on my fridge. That is a LOT of food... I only ate about 2/3 of what I was supposed to... I'll have to work on planning better this next week!
I see you're on the GFCF group. How do you do the diet milk-free? I'm lactose intolerant, and I got 3/4 dairy servings in, but I am not feeling too good... so bloated my comfy PJs are almost tight. UGH! :)
Anyway, thanks again for your help. :)

Thanks for the tip about tape. She is one of my favorite scifi authors, & in fact I got to meet her once! She's an amazing person -- very down to earth and friendly, just folks (as opposed to being a full-of-herself Author).

I haven't read those books, but I'll look out for them.
