I have seven different genetic disorders and five acquired ones, all of which can kill you before you turn 18. I'm now 54. I'm the luckiest person I've ever met.
I'm a disabled veteran, and spend far too much time at the local VA hospital. Sometime this summer I'll be having knee replacement surgery in my right knee. Until then, I'm limited to "chair exercises."
Although I have a tiny VA pension, everything but survival money comes from my home business making Historic Clothing ...

My Goals:
If I can get my weight under 140, the chances of my knee replacement surgery coming out right double.
My Program:
since I can barely walk, my fitness goals are all oriented to improving my posture and breathing, I am trying to walk (even if only around my living room) ten minutes a day.
