My Goals:
Hoping to get back to a healthy weight by losing about 50 lbs. I did start a diet/exercise about a month ago and lost 6 kg /13 lbs already which is awesome. I already have tons more energy than before just losing that much. :D

My Program:
Eating more veggies and fruits

counting calories eaten and calories burned

trying to exercise more often

Personal Information:
I am from Texas. I moved to Amman, Jordan 7 yrs ago with my husband (who is Jordanian). We have 2 little boys (my oldest is 4 yrs- 8 months and the youngest is 2 yrs old). I am a SAHM and I love crafts, reading, sewing, quilting, farming, and playing with my boys. :)

Other Information:
My biggest motivators:

---watching the Biggest Loser and realizing that I could be on that show!

---thinking about how much easier everything would be if I didn't carry around so much weight

---trying to imagine putting all the weight I want to lose and carry it around constantly all day in bags---no way! Yet I am doing that on my body!!! Scary thought!

---wanting my sons to know what eating healthy and being active means and living that way

JazaakAllah sweet sis, emoticon I am just curious that should I eat what I have in my today's plan which I wrote ALL by myself, but the result is just 800 calories lol, I need some protein diet,,,, emoticon can you see my plan? if yes, then HOW?
