My midterm goal is to fit into an outfit that I purchased.
My longterm goal is to have a 23inch waistline again.
I plan to stick to the SP meal and exercise plan. I'm currently utilizing the elliptical trainer, stationary bike, and WATP tapes. Eventually I'll pump up the volume but not yet. Slow and steady.
I've tried several times to lose weight over the last four years, and have been successful at losing but not maintaining. With every failed attempt, I've gained an extra 10-20lbs. So I've worked my way up to a whopping 221. Insha Allah, this will be a more successful attempt.
