My Goals:
1. Strengthen my muscles and feel more energized each morning
2. My longterm goal is to make exercise and eating enjoyable and mindfully under control. I hate stressful binges. I want to be able to turn it around now, get back on track every moment.
3. Gain control by Being Nutritionally Balanced, and physically fit is how I plan to reach my dreams.

My Program:
Make time for morning fitness. Spend just 5-10 minutes doing pushups, lunges, jumping jacks and stretches before I shower. I will check off my nutrition and fitness tracker daily, and make my food portions smaller.







Personal Information:
I just lost 90 pounds in 10 months, and have struggled but maintained for 24 months now.
So, now I'm planning to forage forward, getting fit to 112 pounds.
�Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.�

"running-a-muck" binging, instead of learning from our mistakes, and just moving on? (I�m raising my hand, too.)

Other Information:
I never really believed I could lose weight. Everytime I tried before, I ended up gaining it back plus 10 more. Besides, my Doctor said I would never be able to hike ever again, having chronic tendonitis.He said there's nothing that could be done to help and that I would have pain for the rest of my life. I felt hopeless, vulnerable and depressed.
The Diet Center and Spark People were my last hope, and had literally saved my life.

I appreciate your blog. I lost 140 pounds in a year and a half, and have gained back 35 in a year :( I thought I could do maintenance. Not. Even tho my weight loss helped my arthritis tremendously (no hip replacement needed now), AND I enjoyed being able to hike and be active again, I have not kept it all off. We'll just pick up and begin again--you can do this!

WOW! Youve done awesome.
I have been gone awhile but back with a vengence. Ive been doing challenges here on sparks and it has been great. Ive lost half the weight Ive been trying to lose. Yippy!!! I am now ready to keep going and that helps.
