Have started counting the calories, loving the iPhone app!!



Planning to start dance fitness via xBox with the support of my daughter who has already agreed to be my Zumba buddy :)





Personal Information:
I am originally from Ewell in Surrey but moved in 1999 to in North Yorkhire in the UK. Made a very good friend, Graham, via AOL chat rooms in the early 1990's and that friendship has grown into a relationship that is everything I could want and have been happily living together since 2007. I am employed full-time as a manageress of a bookies and I think it is managing my diet around awkward work schedules is going to be my biggest challenge! I am looking for support, friendship and diet buddies only :)

Other Information:
Love reading, will try anything, fave authors tho would have to be Lee Childs, Patricia Cornwall, Sue Grafton, Martina Cole and Stephanie Meyer! Enjoy films and listening to music (very ecletic taste) and as for tv... long as there is Dr Who then am a happy lady :)

Hi, not been around much lately, but busy streak seems to be almost over. Just seen your status. You have lost 10lb? over how long? not in a week obviously? emoticon
If it was a week, I would get some new scales or go see a doctor.
I have been a bit up and down the past few weeks, but I think i should be over the hectic bit of the year now so going back to basics from Wednesday for a re-start booster.

Excellent on the 10 lost! .. are you still visible to the naked eye??

It's not always easy, but Spark People really does have so many tools to help keep the motivation going.
