Go Coogs...for my daughter, that is. She graduated in 2007, just before the economy went south and has had a really tough time finding the right job to fit with her communications degree. But just as with the diet/exercise, we keep working toward a goal.

HELLO BEAUTIFUL LADY!!!!!!!

THIS IS A TOAST...

"TO YOU... MAY YOUR JOURNEY ALWAYS SPEAK OF LOVE, DIGNITY, RESPECT, HOPE, AND JOY TO THE PEOPLE WHO CHERISH YOU, TO THOSE WHO YOU CHERISH, AND TO THOSE YOU HAVE YET TO MEET! MAY YOUR INTRINSIC VALUE BE ALWAYS CELEBRATED IN HOW YOU LIVE!"

You have been hit. You are considered one of the most fabulous people on my 'friends' list. Once you have been hit, you have to hit fabulous people of your own. Celebrate yourself and all the other fabulous people around you!

As you value yourself, let others know they are valued!

We're working on the last week of a challenge and will be starting a new one on the 20th of this week, so check the threads! :-) Challenges are a great way to keep your motivation up when you start 'slipping'.
