160 or Bust!
Hi! I'm 46 (47 in March, ugh!) and started training and doing triathlons and 1/2 marathons six years ago. My weight has been yo-yoing ever since. I get my weight way down then the racing season is over and I start going out more, eating, drinking too much beer, laying off the workouts, Next thing you know BAM! I'm right back where I started. I've not planned any races for this season, although I imagine I'll get into SOMETHING before the season is over, but right now, I'm at my ...

I get my weight way down then the racing season is over and I start going out more, eating, drinking too much beer, laying off the workouts, Next thing you know BAM! I'm right back where I started. I've not planned any races for this season, although I imagine I'll get into SOMETHING before the season is over, but right now, I'm at my highest ever weight, and I really want to concentrate on getting that down first.

My Goals:
Drop 10 by the end of March, 25 by the end of May. Watch my son and his fiance get MARRIED on June 19!!!! :oD Quit smoking, for good this time. Ride my mountain bike until I have to start replacing stuff. :o) Watch my son complete his first IRONMAN this fall. Do a couple of sprint distance tris early in the season to be ready for Miami Man 1/2 Ironman in Nov.
My Program:
Running, crosstraining, putting weight training back into my training program - Mountain Biking, Trail running YOGA - very important.
