Yup, my trainer thinks up different workouts for each session. There are times when she has to switch it up if I come in with an ache or injury, but she's good with that.

My daughter needs to use the computer, so I'll talk with you later!!!

Thor was good! I just love him! He can save me any day! I think the girls are feeling ok. Thank goodness, my daughter was fine.

So, how were your persimmon cookies? They looked good in the picture I saw!! As for coconut, never used them before. I've only eaten shredded kind (use it for baking!). Let me know what you end up doing. So, did you and your hubby have a nice day yesterday?

So, Saturday nights sleepover went well. Last night, not so much. One girl woke up around 1:45 not feeling well. Let's just say we ended up calling her dad and he came to get her. Then, the other girl woke up this morning and called her dad. He came to get her, however, I was so zonked that I didn't even hear anyone knocking on my bedroom door. I'm just hoping they all ate way too much junk (which they did. I won't even tell you what they had all day!). My daughter and I met our friends for breakfast (had an oatbran blueberry pancake and 2 strips of turkey bacon! YUMMY!!) and then, of course, my daughter went to her friends house. I don't know how she's awake!!
Now, catching up on emails and need to do some 5th grade stuff. Also, need to get on my spin bike in a bit. Need to let the breakfast settle first!!

I also hate running in long pants, but, when it's cold, you don't want those legs exposed! You'll find something that works. Try to look for lighter materials so you won't get overheated. Maybe an under amour so it will absorb the sweat. Let me know what you find.

Enjoy your day off with your hubby! Mine is going to try to come home early so we can all go see Thor! Can't wait to see that!!
