Hello y'all!! My name is Amy and well I'm just starting my journey but I have many reasons. Hello y'all!! My name is Amy and well I'm just starting my journey but I have many reasons. Yes, I realize I'll go up in weight when I get pregnant but I'll be able to exercise and keep my eating habits during my pregnancy. I am living in Concord, NC with my amazing husband and our adorable puppy Bailey. I recently moved to the area from Dearborn, Michigan within the last year so it'd be great to have some supportive friends to lose weight with.
**August 2, 2010- Well since the end of June I had my niece and nephew come down to visit for a week and it through me off my whole game. Off my weird sleep schedule which I had my eating going along with that and when I messed up for that week I was like "oh well I've gone off". Well now its a month or so later and I want to get back on track it seems harder getting back on track than first starting up. My husband is also getting back on track with me. Really want this weight off it's just extremely easier said than done.

**Update March 16,2011**
Well I had gotten back to working out and as soon as something throws me off my routine I stopped going. So as of right now I have A LOT of things going on personally. My husband and I are looking to buy our first house and he's also starting his own business and looking to buy a car for me. So it's pretty busy right now but I told my husband it's time we both need to support each other and hit the gym and watch what we eat. I'm itching more than ever for a baby and I want this weight off. I say it all the time then I go and eat crap but I really just want it gone now. I'm sick and tired of it. I realize I do it to myself but it's never too late to change. So here we go again...
**Update August 24, 20011**
Well I didn't go back to the gym like I said back in March. I've got baby fever like crazy and am just so fed up with feeling so insecure and not sexy. I've started back to eating 5-6 small meals a day I'm going to be going back to the gym starting Friday, because of our schedules weekends are going to be our gym days. During the week I'll be walking around work for at least 30 minutes. My husband and I are going to be doing this together to help with the accountability aspect.

My Goals:
I'd like to lose my weight in a healthy-slow manner. Of course I'd love to have it off overnight but that is not safe or obtainable. I am wanting to get down to a healthy weight, as of right now my first major goal is 160lbs but after that it's up in the air. I'll just keep up what I am doing to get that far and see where I stop. I'll have to see if my bone structure will look right going too much lower. My husband is very supportive and of course says he's happy with how I look however I am not happy with my body. Can't wait to get down to a MUCH SMALLER me and go to a normal store and buy whatever I want instead of big girl stores.


My Program:
Well I've sorta revamped my walking program. My husband and I joined a gym. I'm starting back to the gym doing strength training 3x a week and cardio 3x a week and walking 3x a week during my lunch break. I'm counting my calories on Spark. Trying to find new dinners and food I like not that I'm picky but eating healthy is all new to me.
BW:275lbs


Personal Information:
I'm 25 yrs old. I'm happily married. My goal is to get this weight off to put me in better health and so I'm in a healthy place to start a family. There are too many risks when your heavy and pregnant I'm not willing to go through.

Other Information:
I love the Twilight Saga. I have a Boston Terrier who is awesome and he's our baby. Other than that just trying to meet new people in our area since I'm sorta new around here.

Even if you are not loosing weight, you are gaining health, always remember that every day you eat right, every day you exercise, its adding to your health.

i hear that often that people have problems over the weekend, that is one thing i dont really have. Everyday its hard LOL... i notice its the same days when my boyfriend is home and he is not always home due to his work.
