Action is worry´s worst enemy!
Hi everyone, I finally want to free myself from all this extra weight that I have been carrying around with me for so long. I grew up being slightly overweight. When I hit 86kg (197lb) at 16, I started to gain and loose weight over the years. Now, at 25 I weigh even more. I am now at 207lb. And I am soo sick of being overweight. So this is the time to find a way to loose the weight and keep it of forever. I was always so worried that it didn´t work, so it didn´t work. ...
Hi everyone, I finally want to free myself from all this extra weight that I have been carrying around with me for so long. I grew up being slightly overweight. When I hit 86kg (197lb) at 16, I started to gain and loose weight over the years. Now, at 25 I weigh even more. I am now at 207lb. And I am soo sick of being overweight. So this is the time to find a way to loose the weight and keep it of forever. I was always so worried that it didn´t work, so it didn´t work. Luckily when I was at 207lbs I found my first big love and he really encouraged me to stick to the change and not worry about the changes that will come. I am still on my way and still scared of all the changes, but I am starting to like them! My goals: Lose 6kg until 07.07.2012 (DONE. I lost 6kg in May) Lose 15 kg until January 2013 (DONE) Lose 20kg until my brother´s wedding in July 2013

My Goals:
Lose 5kg till christmas. Starting the 5k program Pilates every other day. Lose 5kg until July and reach the BMI of 68!
My Program:
Vegetables, Fruits. Pilates or jogging and yoga. Most that I eat veggies and try to eat as healthy as possible during the day.
Personal Information:
What I love to eat: Tomatos in all forms and sizes, omlettes, zuccini, pasta! What comes easy to me: Working out (yoga, pilates), studying. What is hard for me: Keeping motivated for jogging and keeping in my calories range. Not to be tempted by people that eat worse than me. Not to overeat! Being patient. Keeping my room tidy. And not to worry. (to be continued)
