My Goals:
I want to lose about 30 lbs and keep them off. I''m tired of losing/gaining cycle. I want to be the best I can be for my age.

My Program:
I always eat healthy. I just have a problem w/ portions, so I''m working hard on just eating single servings. I''m also exercising 6 days a week.

Yes, it took a day, but we got it worked out with the registration. They told me their site was corrupt, but it's is fixed now. I could win the Olympics in speed eating. IT's a shame when it takes much longer to cook a nice dinner than the amount of time spent enjoying it. I'm trying to slow down, but old habits die hard. Good luck to you too.

It sounds like your glitch with SY online got worked out and you're working with the guidelines. You mentioned on the board how you are noticing eating speed. I find it's a cultural practice in the U.S. I lived overseas and traveled, too, noticing a big difference. I had a friend visit recently and he finished dinner in five minutes! It's not just heavy people who do it, as he is slim. I can't say I've gotten slim using this habit, as I still do binge sometimes, but my meals have gotten much more enjoyable. I'd say it's one of the best behaviors I've acquired. I hope you get what you want out of program. emoticon
