Time to get serious

After returning from a 10 day vacation to Benelux (beer and chocolate heaven), the scale tipped at a number I have never seen before and I was appalled. Needless to say, I realized immediately that drastic measures are necessary. Spark People is such a great overall tool and resource that it made sense to come back here for the help.

My Goals:
I want to eat well consistently, which is hard to do with my hectic schedule and love for eating out.

My Program:
Currently, I am doing a paleo diet with my husband, while monitoring my calories to eat between 1200-1500 per day. I am trying to work out at least 2 days a week - predominantly cardio - in an effort to get to the weight where I want to be.
