Loving the body and trying to keep it!!!!

Well I'm back after having baby #2. I've had two kids in two years. I gained 60lbs with my first and lost all but 10lbs. Baby #2 I kept with the workouts and watching my eating so I gained 30lbs. That makes for 40lbs of baby weight plus I'd liked to loose that extra ten pounds just to be that HOT MAMA! Its going to be a hard battle. I love good food and junk and in my husbands eyes Im prefect. Back to the gym!

May 8th - 175 - Goal not met almost 176lbs 5/8

May 20th - 170 Pedicure & Manicure - Very far from goal 173!

June 18th - 164 (pre-baby weight) - 166 not too bad! Hit goal on 6/22

Aug 11th - 155- Weight before any kids! Shopping time! 25th Birthday! I did it...I did it! I did it!

Sept 8th - 150 - Hit Goal Sept 18th!

Oct 31st - 141! Halloween Final Goal! Can I do it????

My Goals:
Im going to write down what I eat to help me SEE what I've eaten.

No soda or juice with sugars.
8 glasses of water.

My Program:
30 min of cardio 6 x a week

10-15 min of weight training 5 x a week

No soda or juice



Personal Information:
I have a two year old boy named Cedric named after his dad and a newborn (3/18/09/) girl named Camille. Im married to the most wonderful man on this earth! When I was young I had an idea of what a great man was and then I meet my husband and he was sooo much more.
