I'm a 36 year old SAHM of 4 trying to lose about 60 pounds in order to improve my health. I enjoy exercise, but I enjoy CHOCOLATE more, LOL!!! I need to find the fine line between getting enough exercise, and not TOO much chocolate :)
My goal is to lose 1 pound a week, for 1 full year. That would put me at 150, a healthy weight for me according to the doctor. After I lose the 52 pounds, my husband and I are going to try for our 4th and final little bundle of joy!
I'm trying to track my food and exercise daily. I think a buddy would REALLY help me in my journey, so if you have similar goals, please send me a message :)
I live in western NY, with my wonderful husband, my 4 children and my 2 dogs. I'd like to lose 60 pounds by next August!
I love reading, walking, and playing with my kids.. I make jewelery as a hobby, and chocolate is my weakness, LOL!

I noticed a while back you left a comment on one of my blogs! I am so sorry I must have looked over it, but you were asking me what some of my to go to foods are? Well, I like fiber one bars because they fill me up and they have lots of fiber, carrots with low calorie dressing, yogurt, jello. I also have baked lays potato chips. If you measure out 15 and don't eat anymore, that is only 120 calories. These foods don't always guarantee I will meet all of my nutrients. I still have a hard time with fat. I think that peanut butter would boost the fat levels for the day. Well I wish you the best, and again I am sorry I didn't get back to you sooner! Have a blessed day!

I think to get the photo on your main page you will have to select it as your profile picture...go into edit phots for that...otherwise I am having just as much trouble negotiating the spark page as you are!
I have also seen that people are making pecific comments about things on my spark page, like my status, and I have not figured out yet how to do that for others!
LOL...guess soomer or later I will stumble upon the answer!
