Hi im Tiffany and I'm from Indy and my story goes something like this.. I was chubby most of the life and finally lost the weight in my early 20s, by cutting out food.. i kept that up and kept off the weight for a couple years and then started working out and slowly figuring out what foods are actually good and what i need to be eating.. obviously I had no clue before! I love reading other peoples stories and experiences and learning from them.

My Goals:

P90X Classic - started 5/16 5K - 28:46 (my goal was to do it in 30 mins, so im really happy) P90X Classic -- Finished 11/09 Walk/Jog with Dogs 30 mins at least 3x/wk Drink more water 40/40/20 Diet - Watch the carbs and increase protein
Personal Information:
I'm a web designer from Indy. I live with my husband and 3 dogs..I love music (everything from alt/rock /r&b/country) and going to concerts. Sports especially the Cubbies, COLTS, ND football, and IU basketball.. My favorite color is green. I love to decorate (and remodel).. I hope to one day have a pool in my backyard - and a great body to show off ha!
