Never Give Up!

I'm a 34 year old mom to two young girls. I keep busy by doing all of the normal mom and wife things, while working part time and serving on the board of a non-profit organization. I've always struggled with my weight, but was able to lose 40 pounds in 2002 before becoming pregnant with my oldest daughter. I know it's possible!

Thank you for commenting on my blog. So glad to know I am not the only mom with the same problems. I am trying to do the same thing. I make him a plate and if he wants more he has to eat what's on it first. Normally he doesn't but sometimes I tell him to wait 10 min and then if he is still hungry he can have more. So far that seems to work. I don't want him to know I am concerned about his weight, so I am trying not to make a big deal. Ya know?

Hi! Thanks so much for commenting on my blog. And I know how persuasive Salt can be. To be honest, giving him up is harder than I thought it would be. I'm constantly reaching for my trusty salt shaker! But it's Day 2 and I haven't caved yet although I've discovered a new appreciation for pickles and olives!
