Never Give Up!

I'm a 34 year old mom to two young girls. I keep busy by doing all of the normal mom and wife things, while working part time and serving on the board of a non-profit organization. I've always struggled with my weight, but was able to lose 40 pounds in 2002 before becoming pregnant with my oldest daughter. I know it's possible!

My Program:
Back to basics. Counting calories and doing some sort of cardio 45-60 mins. 3x a week.



Personal Information:
I was born in Mid-Michigan, raised in NE Ohio. Moved to Houston, TX for awhile after a few years of college. Got married, had a child, and moved back to Ohio. I've been to Germany, France, Jamaica, Mexico, Canada, and will travel to the South Pacific this summer.

Good luck on your renewed fitness journey, you can do it! I'm quite new here and am just getting started myself. I find that when i am tracking what I eat i am much better as well.

Hello my fellow sparkplug, I wanted to tell you (belated) thank you so much for the comment on my blog. After writing that blog and reflecting on the comments and my own comittment to a healthy journey I refocused myself to MYSELF! LOL

And yes, dh.... never thought of him as a playground bully, but you're right. And I'm ignoring that side of him! haha
