Looking forward to the endless possiblities in 2013
UPDATE*ON DECEMBER 29 2012 MY CLIENT PASSED AWAY...SUDDENLY...RIP MS.E.V.K. SO NOW MY NIGHTS AREN'T SO BUSY.ms va. Will be sadly missed..on the other side..I HAVE BEEN ENJOYING SLEEPING IN MY OWN BED AT NIGHT which has been a pleasure since it never ever happened until now ..MY DAYS HAVE BEEN BUSY WITH WORK...STILL NEED TO CREATE BALANCE...don't think I'll be working overnights anymore... Update: Looking forward to what 2013 holds for me,there are so many ...

Update: Looking forward to what 2013 holds for me,there are so many possibilities ahead. Consuming more fresh & frozen fruits & veggies... lean to extra lean meats. Ground beef, chicken,turkey, pork,fish... It takes 21 days to make or break a habit. I am so excited about doing my first 8k on March 16,2013..:) I am officially registered for my race...I know this is one of many short term goals,my goal is to do at least one race every few months and gradually work myself to a marathon (long term goal).. I will be tracking everything I do with fitness & with my nutrition. I will be exercising 7 days a week,Sunday - Saturday 1-2 hours a day. A combination of cardio, strength training & flexibility exercises at home, beach & YMCA...AQUATIC CLASSES ,group classes & machines for strength training ... I will also be blogging,to keep myself accountable which is a good thing...

My Goals; To eat healthy and clean, include more veggies and fruits leaner meats....Lots less processed foods... To run my first 5K / 10k / 1/2 Marathon/ Marathon. All by 12/31/13... Going to be the best I can, To strive toward my long term goal...while focusing on my short term goals One step and day at a time.
My Program:
Lifestyle Change; CLEAN EATING ; More fruits & veggies, more natural state products,less processed foods. Lean meats EXERCISE: CARDIO; 5 TIMES A WEEK FOR 30 TO 60 MINUTES A DAY. STRENGTH; 4 x A WEEK,FOR 30 TO 60 MINUTES; EXERCISE BAND, HAND WEIGHTS, NAUTILUS EQUIPMENT. FLEXIBILITY: YOGA/PILATES.
