My biggest motivation to lose weight! I don't want to feel like I'm going to break my freind in half
This is a couple years ago with Johnny Reid.
This is our newest addition, a 5 year old Shih-tzu named Stetson!
My name is Tanya, I'm 26 years old and as of June 20th, 2012 I weigh 318.4 pounds. I am making the committment to lose weight and be healthy. I have fibromyalgia so I'm struggling with aches and pains through the entire process, but knowing that in the end the pain will hopefully diminish is what keeps me going.
To become healthier and find exercises that help my fibromyalgia.
To start I don't have a program or routine, I'm just making exercise part of my daily life.
I'm 26 from BC, Canada. I live with my sweetheart boyfriend, our two crazy kitties and our puppy dog. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia when I was 22 and have been trying to learn how to read my body. I also suffer from depression, since I live in chronic pain, but I'm hoping eating healthier and exercising more will help.
I love country music, reading and good crime television... Criminal Minds being a favourite. I'm a writer, mostly poetry, but I'm working on a book.

Hi, I wanted to mention to you that I've been reading a lot lately about eliminating wheat from the diet. A lot of people with fibromyalgia are having amazing success when they do. There's a really good book to explain what wheat does to our bodies, called 'Wheat Belly' by Dr. William Davis. I just saw today that they are selling it at Costco. Also, there's a Facebook page and a blog page where you can read about what other people are experiencing when they stop eating wheat. Good luck to you.
Oh, also, forgot to mention, I lost 5 inches from my waist in just over a month when I stopped eating wheat.
