Gained a few, lost a few, now just doing it for my health. Former high-school athlete just trying to get by and enjoy what I formerly took for granted.

My Goals:
Stay in shape. Run some races. Increase my speed. Would like to break 2 hours in a half marathon. Currently training for health rather than speed. Eventually I'd like to complete a full marathon and become an Iron Man before I turn 40. Work out at least 3 days a week. Stay under 180 lbs. Finish a triathlon. Add muscle, lose fat. Become a football player or a rock star...


My Program:
Mixture of strength training and running. Distance running. Strength training two or three days a week. Cardio four days a week.

    Thanks for the reply about the sleeves. My brother just got calf ones so I'm going to see what he thinks after a bit and then check out the running store near by. They are pretty good with letting you try things, so maybe I'll be able to on their treadmill.
    Ironically, I tore my acl on my left leg but have way more issues on my right...from the bad ankle sprain and torn calf muscle to weird hamstring pain that nothing seems to help. The hamstring is the worst, with the calf following closely especially when I try to do any plyo type stuff (Just started Insanity and it has lots of stuff done up on your toes).
