Gots to lose it!

I would like to be a size 12 and as I get older I'm realizing my body doesn't act the same. As I get older it seems my body turns into a fat magnet. So, I have to find a way to counteract the magnetic attraction me and food have. I'm am 31, no kids and about to get married, so I need to get it into gear and get this weight off.
