I am going to lose weight and get myself to a healthy weight. I am going to get strong enough to do a 5k walk/run this year, and I am going to play more with my kids.
I am using HCG drops to regulate my metabolism and lose some old stubborn fat. I am doing the full 12 week program on HCG (6 weeks of drops) and once that is done I will continue to eat healthy foods in proper servings and exercise.

Hello, I am doing the HCG diet myself. I started it dec. 1st and lost 18 lbs so far ( I took a planned interuption during christmas, I gained 6 from that but lost it all right away ) So in total I would have lost 24lbs in a month. I hope you have great success with this diet, it really works if you stick to the protocol strictly. If you have any questions please feel free to ask, we are all here to help eachother..
