My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to reach 140lbs. My short term goal is to lose 10% (25 lbs) by June. I also have this secret fantasy to become a runner! Oh and bench press 100 lbs. Seriously, is that weird?

My Program:
Gym 4 to 5 times per week. I am considering rejoining WW, but haven't decided for sure yet.
