I saw you asked what chair marching is and thought I would let you know where you can see a video and who to contact about it. If you go to the Chair Exercise Team page, under the General Team Discussion Forum, there is a link to a new chair marching video by EMMABE1. She also posted just below this post so is you go to her sparkpage she can explain it to you better than I can. Hope this helps.
