Other Information:
I have been with the spark program for over two years now. I really enjoy it and recommend it to all of my friends.

The first 45lb came of relatively easy. But I've been stuck at 215lb for a very long time now. I aim to change that starting now!

Thanks for the advice you offered me on my blog post. It worked! The only other problem I have is that the tracker goes from Sunday to Saturday instead of Saturday to Friday. So when Saturday should be day one of exercise/food for me it's actually showing as day 7. It will all work out. I'm manually keeping track of my calories burned so now that I know how much I should be eating i'm good to go! Thank you so much and have a fantastic day!
