Looking to get healthy NOW THAT I'm 40.

ARGH!! Last year when I created my page it mentioned that I wanted to make changes before turning 40. Well, this gal just turned 40 last week (12/29/12).... and thankfully I ended 2012 weighing less than when it started, I didn't make my personal goals.

And I know why it happened.... I lost my Spark.... I fell off the wagon... I didn't track... I let life happen... I let excuses overtake my motivation. And though I wasn't "active" on Spark... I kept on reading blogs from friends & ...

So 2013 is upon us, and I am ready to get back to it.... wish me luck!!

Yes, I agree that it's definitely time to kick it up a notch! I just need to find the will power to kick it up a notch... I think if I add exercise back into the mix, my fire will come back. That being said, I'm kind of scared to add back in the exercise, because I know how out of shape I've become.
