Lose it for good

I have yo yo dieted for years. I have lost weight on 3 separate occasions only to gain back more and more. In the past, I quit tracking and start eating more and exercising less. I get relaxed as I lose weight and I stop doing the things that helped me lose it in the first place. It is a downward spiral.

I am on a mission to lose the weight and keep it off for good this time. My mindset is to track, track, track and get into an exercise routine. Make it a lifestyle change this ...

Goals:

June 2015:

1. Lose 10lbs
2. Begin C25K
3. Exercise or get some activity 6 days a week.
4. Aim for 12K steps daily
