Making Small Efforts towards a Better, Brighter Tomorrow!

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out. ~Robert Collier

It's the small efforts we make that get us through the day and onto the next. Walking around the block today will lead to walking around 2 blocks tomorrow. Taking 30 minutes to exercise will lead to an hour of exercise... it's inevitable... tomorrow will be a better, brighter day!

My Goals:

My goals are to improve myself in all aspects of my life. To be the mother my children are proud to be with and introduce to friends; To be the wife my husband ogles over and about; To be the friend that anyone can depend on; To be the woman I am inside.

And finally... to wear smaller clothes, to be thinner, healthier & sexier!

Short Term Goal:
(Set 8/9/2012)

To LOSE 10lbs. by 9/9/2012 - REACHED GOAL on 8/18/2012 AHEAD of SCHEDULE!!!

To LOSE 20lbs. by 10/1/2012 -

To LOSE 30lbs. by 11/1/12 -

My Program:
Eating healthier foods, in addition to tracking my calorie intake & expendature by proper nutrition & daily exercise!

(Swimming my way thin thru September (October if weather permits!) Water Aerobics 15 - 60min. per day & General Swimming 60-90 minutes per day!)

ALSO: Walking on the treadmill 45 - 60 min/day 3 days per week.

Making sure to drink a bare minimum of 8 glasses of water per day & cutting out ALL sodas!

I do however, start EVERY morning out with COFFEE!!! (No other way to wake up!)

I plan my meals on Sparkpeople & plan my workout routine BEFORE I start my day!

I'm from Wichita Falls, TX. I'm married, living in a small suburb of San Antonio, TX. I have 4 children of my own, and 3 step children & am currently a Stay at Home Mom (not by choice) & an Independent AVON sales Rep.
