Hey thanks for the healthy wishes.. it hasn't been going as great as i'd like, but i'm planning to have a better go at the low carb thing tomorrow... I've been hanging out with a neighbor and her kids a lot.. and just haven't had "options" if you know what i mean!!!! That and I have that lousy attitude of, well gosh if I can't eat good, why portion it.. LOL Making excuses for being a bad girl :)
I have some bad news, not necessarily for you though hehe.. My surgery is scheduled for the 22nd.. which sucks, just two days after you leave phx! Ah well.. Mom is probably going to be the one to take me to the center, but i know she won't be the support that you would!! AH well!!!! I'm excited to see you :) HUGS!

I did my weights last night! I got an 8 pound weight that mom had... it was an extra, since she bought a whole weight set a while back. So i asked her for it! I have had it for a week, and didn't do anything with it. SO i finally did workout last night... first time in two weeks! I am sore today, but all for a good cause.. I also noticed I stopped stretching, and boy do I feel lousy when I don't stretch. I am starting all over again it feels like, I can't get nearly as far as I had before.. DARN! My muscles were looking great when I did stretching, oddly. I used to stretch all the time even when I didn't diet/exercise...
