Losing Weight the Old Fashioned Way
Here I go again! I know it won't be easy so I am counting on support from those who have done it and those who are struglling to do it, like me. My sister (CHCKYDOO) got me started on SparkPeople! Thanks Sis! We are doing this together from different states hehe. I can't wait to post my "After" picures on the page in a few months! (Positive Thinking) I have lost up to 20 lbs. before just to gain all or most back over and over again. This time ...
