Thank you for your lovely comment on my photo. To answer your question I'm somewhere between 5'0" and 5'1". I'm short, but I've got a big frame. I'm still technically at least 15 lbs overweight, but that's if you take the BMI seriously. I want to get down to 130, but even my doctor doesn't think that's necessary.
Thanks for the comment! I know how frustrating it can be when the scale just won't budge (or bounces back and forth for that matter.) Especially if you're eating healthy! I think you're right though: kick up the exercise into high gear for a bit to tell your body what's what. Sometimes I need to radically change what kind of exercise I'm doing and not just intensity if I reach a plateau. We can do this!!!! 1395 days ago
Hey thanks for the comment/compliment on my vlog! I'm barely 5'1" and I'm fairly happy at 140 but I felt really good a bit lighter so that's my goal for now and at my height (so short haha) I'm still technically overweight at this weight. I don't mind so much about the technicality but I did feel better a bit lighter. :D 1402 days ago
