Turned back from my daily SP activity for a while since Kids went back to school and all the rush of their needs took over my attention. Working on getting myself back on my schedule!









Going to eat to live not live to eat.

I'm a SAHM of two. I have become addicted to sugar and processed foods. I am an emotional eater. I know better, but need a good kick in the rear to get on track to healthy eating. I'm tired of working so hard to hide the belly fat. I need to lose it! I was a registered nurse for five years and had to leave that career due to tendonitis and miscarriages due to heavy lifting at work. I have my two kids now and am contemplating going back to nursing, but not in a hospital setting. So much to consider, it is just easier to eat something rich and comforting and forget about the choices that I need to make for the future.

Since I began my journey with SP in April, I am changing my view from life spectator to participant!


Have realized that the trials of my past must stay in the past, and won't realize goals tomorrow unless I focus on today ....each small step that I take towards a healthier me really does matter.

My Goals:
I want to quit my addiction to sugary snacks and replace it with healthy eating. My goal is to eliminate mindless emotional binges and replace it with responsible healthy food choices.

My Program:
I am going to keep track of calories taken in, I am commited to taking time out for a walk everyday. I am going to drink 8 glasses of water per day.
