Staying fit for my family!!

I'm a 40-something man who started my journey at 425 pounds in 2004. I hit my goal of 195 in 2008 by living a low carb lifestyle. Although I've not strayed too far, I've found maintaining to be difficult. I'm working to regain consistency and hit my final goal of 180#.

Great job on a good week! I hope the scales reflect it. I, however, have not had a good week... but always, each day I intend to make it better. :)

Well, it's wonderful that y'all are there for each other!
Swimming would definitely be the best... but pretty much impossible right now, so what I ended up doing is a slow walk on the treadmill. Did about 2 miles at 2.5 mph.

Thanks, Randy.... you ain't kiddin'! I made it thru the weekend... barely. Ate too much, but did keep up with the exercising. But last night my knee messed up while I was riding my exercise bike. Not sure what happened, it's not painful, really, but I can tell something's just not right. I reckon I'll just take it easy for a few days and see how it goes. Any suggestions for exercises that are knee friendly? :)

How did you do over the weekend?
