Lord, please bless my workout. As I train my arms, let it remind me that I�m held tightly in Yours. As I work my legs, let it be only to follow you more closely. When I work my chest, may it be safely under a breastplate of righteousness. And when I hit my back, I�ll recall that I�ll never be attacked by surprise. emoticon Thank you for your kind wishes on my race on Saturday. It was an AWESOME day! I found my people... I've been running alone and on Saturday I found a group of people with eatig and other challenges whose mission is to put another definition of "athlete" out there in the world. I am SO happy not to always have "the loneliness of the long distance runner." Sadly, the team isn't doing my next event, Fall City Half Marathon, but I will be joining them in future events.

A really big surprise because I ran this one slow, but I took second place in my age division. That was worth a smile.
