Just thought I'd check in on you and see how you are doing. I'm about to join a local gym and get fit. Jive got to lose this 100 lbs before I hit my 50's. I hope to touch base with you as I think you can help me. If you have the time.

Thank you!!! I will take it slow and easy tomorrow!! I need to get this run done with b/c I am stressing out about the long runs! But I know I can do it, just need to get out there early to avoid the heat/humidity!
