Hi there, thanks for asking about my 5K last weekend. It went well -- 28:30 -- and I have had trouble with this course the previous 2x I ran it, posting 30+ minute runs on each of those occasions. So a personal victory for me!

Getting ready for my longest training run EVRR tomorrow -- 12 miles! I picked up a hydration belt from Dick's today, so I'll using it for my run. Temps expected to be in the 40's, so a good running day!

I'll make sure to post something about it afterwards.
