I am sorry you have had a rough couple of months. When it isn't the two weeks before your period, you might be able to find things that can help. Magnesium has really done a lot for me

i am about where you are i am 157 and want to be about 130 or so,it has been about 9 yrs at this weight can't seem to drop a pond help!!!!!
