Hey, I got my book in the mail this week (400 calorie fix). I really, really like it. It has so many ideas for meals, and it is not restrictive. There are recipes in it too. In my opinion, it's definitely worth buying if you like to get ideas about meal planning. 2381 days ago
Thanks for the add; sorry it's been a little bit since you did it! I know that you can reach your goals, even reching 140lbs, if you stick with the plan. I thought I would be ecstatic if I made it down to 150lbs and now I'm in the low 130's! Let me know what kind of help you need with meal planning. I can at least share what has worked for me.
