My Goals:
My goal is to reach 140 pounds by January 25th which is my sons 14th birthday. I need to get back on track.

My Program:
I go to Inches-a-weigh when I have time. I try to eat 1200-1500 calories per day and at least get in 30 minutes of cardio. I did lose 17 pounds and 39 inches before I had to let my secretary go and have not been able to get to my workouts. I have been lazy at home.

Personal Information:
I live in Longview, Texas where I run our business owned by my husband. We live on the lake and have lots of interest. I have three dogs, I garden and love to ride the jetski with my son.

Congratulations! on joining Spark. There are great tools here for tracking Fitness, food eaten personalize to any food product that may not be listed anywhere. I use Elliptical, Treadmill, Bike do some weights, and Love Running with a group out doors. Im here if you need any support.
Log in your Cardio everyday.
