Dreams Can Come True

I am a 52 year old, married woman with no children and a lot of room for working on making my dreams come true. It is never too late to get creative and let go of the weight and the old beliefs behind it. My goal is to revel in the freedom that having a healthy body and a healthy weight would bring. I want to give and receive support on this journey and find new friends along the way. God bless us all and may our accomplishments be many!.

My Program:
To eat to live and not to eat over any feeling or emotion. To incorporate exercise as a positive way of supporting the freedom in the life I want to live. To encourage and support others who are struggling on the same path.

Love the saying about the caterpillar and butterfly. I, also, LOVE gardening and can't wait to get at it, here in Michigan. Wow...you have a lot going on...hang in there,,,and just lop off manageable amounts!! You can do this a little at a time.!
