Healthy, Happy and Middle Aged!

I've never much liked exercise, but my outlook on life improved after my divorce 5 years ago. Started walking regularly, strength training off and on. Lost 30 lbs, regained it, now getting back in shape while battling those pesky hormones! Life is good.....
