Pattern Breaking, 101

It is time to stop focusing exclusively on everyone else and start to focus on my own health and well-being.

From the starting line, this is going to take losing 25 pounds by learning to eat responsibly, and adding exercise to my routine on a daily basis. I need invest now in a healthy future, even when right now most of my day to day focus is on parenting and working.

I am making deposits in my future health account, and I need to start taking this seriously!

I completed the c25k two years ago after NEVER running in my whole lifeexcept maybe after the ice cream truck!!!! I have since fallen back into old habits but let me tell you the feeling of accomplishment when I finally ran the 5k(very slowly but ran the entire thing) was incredible. I will be doing it again once I feel comfortable in the food tracking area.

Thanks for the comments on my page!! YOU CAN DO week 4!! The secret is to slow down when you can't keep running fast--but keep running. My husband literally will have to walk while I run during the last bit. BUT SO WHAT?? Repeat the week it several times if you need to in order to build stamina.

I started week 5 today and I am shocked how well I did!! Slow and steady, that is me!!

If *I* can do it at my weight...YOU CAN DO IT!!
