I noticed your comment on a post~FYI: I decided to start wearing a heart rate monitor during my strength workout to calculate calories burnt because I do them in a quick circuit and I wanted to be able to use those burnt calories on my fitness tracker. for commenting on my blog, "Barely Hanging On". I appreciate your support. I was really worried about falling into old habits or giving up. It helped to write this down.
