I'm lactose intolerant and so use soy products.

I eat mainly fish (90%) but will have chicken and other meats when I'm eating out.

Thanks for commenting on my blog today! I add food using the nutritional information on the package as well...I just didn't think to blog about it. What is neat is that when you do that and save it to your favorites it's quite handy to be able to just pull it up from there the next time you need it!

I noticed your comment on a post~FYI: I decided to start wearing a heart rate monitor during my strength workout to calculate calories burnt because I do them in a quick circuit and I wanted to be able to use those burnt calories on my fitness tracker. Think about investing in a Polar Heart Rate Monitor!

emoticon for commenting on my blog, "Barely Hanging On". I appreciate your support. I was really worried about falling into old habits or giving up. It helped to write this down. I was touched by all the encouragement offered by the Spark Community. emoticon I had two great workouts today and met my nutrition goals. I am sparked up and ready to continue this journey.
