I am going to do this!
I do know, no matter how many times I fall and no matter how long I'm down, I DO get back up, brush myself off and get back to it....It has.... and make take me... longer than I wish for it to take, Know matter how long it take, I'm going to figure this out....

My Goals:
I couldn't ask for any more support than I already have in my life...My partner and I have known eachother for 25yrs... I know "it " still has to come from inside me...
Personal Information:
I am a mom of 3. I have had 4 children. My frist was a full tem stillborn. He would have been 19 yrs old this April. I have an 18 yr old, a 16 yr old and an 8yr old. I cant call it "baby weight" anymore.
Other Information:
I was once 242. I was once 157. I am now 179. . My weight has always been a sturggle for me. It seem the close I get the harder it gets. I don't know why, something I want so badly it so hard for me to do....That's not true, I know why. I just don't know what to do about it...I haven't figured out how to overcome my fears. and everytime I get close to doing it...The fear of doing it knocks me to my knees....and I'm down...sometimes I'm down for a long time and sometimes I get right back up...
