Greetings from the lovely pacific northwest! I am a 20 y/o college student fed up with being too weak, inflexible, chubby, etc. I am on a journey to becoming fit on a holistic scale: endurance, flexibility, strength, balance, and nutrition. SP, BodyRock, good food, H20, my loving friends and family, and a clear head are the core of my journey. Besides my mid-term goal measurements posted below, I am unsure of how to define my long term goals with check boxes. ...

ST GOALS: -1000 fitness minutes for May 2012 MT GOALS; -1000 fitness minutes for 2 months -25 consecutive push-ups -and yes... size 2 jeans :D LT GOALS: 80 years old and still kicking butt.
