My mantra this challenge is "NO MORE EXCUSES"

I am prepared to get off my behind and exercise.

I am prepared to say no to big portions.

I will control evening snacking by planning ahead.

I will seek help from my team mates and the 5% challenge community.

I will find ways to enjoy life with a balanced diet.

The word I need to master this challenge is CONSISTENCY

2016 is my year to reach my goal. It is one day, one meal, one workout at a time. I am ready.

My Goals:
1: Lose weight the healthy way.

2: Learn to control my food portions

3: Be able to exercise daily

4: Have funny while doing all the above.
5: I will be active with my teams, cheering, encouraging and sharing the good and the bad news.

My Program:
1: Cardio 6X a week minimum 30 /day and this will include using DVD (Leslie's) walking on treadmill and outside. Do curves circuit 4X week and yoga once a week. daily.

2: Strength 3X a week for at least 30 minutes

1: eat between 1260-1550 cal/day.

2: Going to develop a plan to avoid over eating during the evenings and weekends.

3: Drink 8-12 glasses of water.

4: Avoid alcohol.

5: Reduce processed foods and eat more plant based foods.
