winter 5% challenge

My mantra this challenge is "NO MORE EXCUSES"

I am prepared to get off my behind and exercise.

I am prepared to say no to big portions.

I will not drink my calories.

I will seek help from my team mates and the 5% challenge community.

I will find ways to enjoy life without food.

2016 is my year to reach my goal. It is one day, one meal, one workout at a time. I am ready.

My Goals:
1: Lose weight the healthy way.

2: Learn to control my food portions

3: Be able to exercise daily

4: Have funny while doing all the above.
5: I will be active with my teams, cheering, encouraging and sharing the good and the bad news.

My Program:
1: Cardio 6X a week minimum 60 and this will include using DVD (Leslie's) Turbo Fire and Slim in 6. If the weather is agreeable I will walk out doors. I will stretch daily.

2: Strength 3X a week for at least 30 minutes

3: eat between 1260-1550 cal/day.
4: Going to develop a plan to avoid over eating during the weekend.

4: Drink 8-12 glasses of water.

5: Avoid alcohol.
6: Go easy on over processed foods.

Ugandan-Canadian .
Live Charlottetown PEI.
I am a Veterinarian-Researcher. Work with animal viruses.
I love to cook and read fiction when I am not into hard science.

Other Information:
Goal is to be healthy BMI weight by December 2013 (139lb)

Fall IS a beautiful season for bike rides! I am interested in your work as a veterinary researcher. We have two great danes and a lab. I am thinking of becoming a vet tech to help defray the expenses!
