Aimz, the taco soup came out great. We had for lunch and I have 4 qt so for the freezer. We topped it with the guacamole, shredded cheese and sour cream. No recipe, just got creative with leftovers.
I just did 2 days of tracking my foods, drinking 8+glasses of water and getting in 5000 or more steps. Yesterday over 5700 steps. Tonight I walked the house in circles and upstairs and downstairs like a crazy person to reach my 5000 steps, but now mission is accomplished. Tough to get steps in when you work at a desk job.
